Perched in the heart of Sea Point, the Kingsgate apartment renovation was a journey of transformation—reimagining an aging space into a calm, timeless retreat. Our design approach balanced architectural precision with carefully curated interior details, creating a home that feels both contemporary and grounded. The original apartment carried the weight of its years, with dated finishes and a layout that lacked flow. Our goal was to strip back the unnecessary, introduce warmth, and allow natural textures to lead the way. The result is a space that feels open, tranquil, and connected to its coastal setting.
